Shipping policy

We ship frozen, packed with dedicated cold-pack insulation to arrive frozen or well-chilled — nationwide, anywhere in the USA.

Processing & transit:

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.
• We ship early in the week (Monday–Wednesday) to avoid packages sitting in transit over a weekend.
• Standard transit time is 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Delivery requirements:

• We ship to physical street addresses only — we cannot ship to PO boxes, as cold-chain packaging requires a real delivery attempt.
• Someone should be available to bring the package inside soon after delivery, especially in warm climates.

If your order is delayed in transit:

• Carrier delays can occasionally cause a shipment to arrive later than expected. If your package arrives thawed or warm to the touch due to a shipping delay, contact us at info@tasteoneboiledpeanuts.com — this is covered under our Refund & Quality Policy.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save):

• Your case ships automatically each month on your billing date. You'll get a shipping confirmation email each cycle, and you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before the next order is placed.
