Refund policy
Because our boiled peanuts are a perishable, frozen food product, we're unable to accept physical returns — for food safety reasons, we can't resell or restock anything once it's shipped.
That said, we stand behind every case. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
To report an issue:
- Contact us at info@tasteoneboiledpeanuts.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo of the product as received.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with a replacement or refund — no need to send anything back.
Please note:
- We package with dedicated cold-pack insulation to arrive frozen or well-chilled. If a shipping delay causes your order to arrive thawed and warm to the touch, let us know — that's exactly the kind of issue this policy covers.
- Refunds are not offered for reasons of personal taste preference, since the product is fully described (ingredients, flavor, spice level) on the product page before purchase.
- Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save) can be skipped, paused, or canceled anytime before your next billing date — see your account portal or email us.
